1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation may be required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Products not purchased directly from our store or authorized distributors.

3. Return Process

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Shipping: Securely pack the product, including all original components, and label it with the RMA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  4. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt, the item will be inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Exchanges and Replacements

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a free replacement or exchange. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange this.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Products covered under warranty are eligible for repair or replacement as per the warranty terms. Please refer to your product’s warranty documentation for details.

6. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 0% may apply to returns not resulting from defects or errors. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If any item is damaged or missing, report it to us within 48 hours to qualify for a replacement or refund.
